Chat System
Unlike the original PC game, the glamour of the online game lies in its user interaction features, which allow players to talk and exchange ideas directly in-game, while battling the hordes of the enemy! Thus, chatting and interacting are an indispensable part of the game.

There are many chat channels in Heroes of Might & Magic Online. Click the buttons on the left, to switch between different channels.

Tk: Default Talk chat channel. All players in your vicinity will receive your message.
Ws: Whisper channel. Send a private message to the appointed player. To send your private message, type the player's name in the box on the left, or you can also hold Shift and click the player, if they're visible. The player's name will appear in the player name box. After the target is selected, write your message in the box on the right. You'll notice some buttons beside the box. "+" is used to add another receiver and " " is used to open the temporary receiver list. After you logout of the game, the receiver list will be cleared.
Tm: Only other members of your team will see chat written here.
Gd: Only fellow guild members will see chat written here.
Fd: Only people on your Friends List will see chat written here.
Sv: Not yet opened.
Dove: Dove messaging is a kind of global messaging system that all players in the game can see. Dove messages will be displayed above the message list. Dove messages will stay visible until the next message is sent. Click the scroll icon to view the recent dove messages to be sent. You can't send a dove message until you reach level 50. 5 Erathium is needed to send a Dove message.
Cn: Clan channel.
Wd: World channel. Your message will be seen by all players with World chat open. You can't use it before you reach level 10.
