Description Removes all spell effects from the target. When the caster has Lv 0-4 Water Magic, he/she can only use it on allied units; Lv 5-8, use it on any unit; Lv 9, while active, all units will be affected. The caster can dispel the spell effects manually at Lv 0-8 Water Magic, and automatically dispel all spell effects (including Land Mine, Force Shield and Fire Wall) at Lv 9 Water Magic.
