Brief Walkthrough:
1. During the event, claim a Memory Match from the bard, Ogden.
2. Use the Memory Match to light the Memory Candles and enter the Unknown Valley.
3. Talk to Bard Theodore and be teleported to the Moan Field.
4. Release the Bound Souls in the Moan Field to complete the quest.
5. Enter the Bonus Stage to play a lottery and gain extra rewards.
Detailed Walkthrough
In Krewlod, there is a wild land where lies the hometown of Ares Tarnum. A fierce battle for the freedom of Stronghold took place here!
The Bard Ogden is there to collect and record the stories of past heroes. When he passed the Moan Field, he found that the souls of the ancient heroes were still bound and they were wailing in agony! So he comes to Harmondale to seek help. (You can use Pathways to find Ogden.)
Once you light the Memory Candles flanking the streets in the Market, you will be teleported to the Unknown Valley, near the Moan Field. Now, claim a Memory Match from the Bard Ogden.
You can easily find a Memory Candle (Also, you can use Pathways.) and light it with the Memory Match. With a flash of magic, you arrive at the Unknown Valley!
Theodore, Ogden's partner, is waiting for you there. He tells you the stories of the Moan Field and you let him teleport you there!
The ancient heroes were cursed by the necromancers and they became crazy from suffering for so long! You should fight to release their souls. You'll receive lots of resources for each soul you release.
In addition, you may come across the souls of ancient heroes holding letters in the Moan Field. Just follow the hints, and you will receive lots of resources. If you complete all the branch quests, you will receive a Secret Box!
You finally released 30 Bound Souls! You won't forget the military success the ancestors of Stronghold have made!
Go release the trapped souls and receive resources at the same time! After you complete the quest, you can enter the bonus stage to gain extra rewards!
