Brief Walkthrough
1. During the event, you will have the chance to receive the Youth Spring, Eternity Crystal and Youth Herb by killing any monsters that are no lower than 10 levels below yours.
2. And you can find Camara in Harmondale to buy the Eternity Tinder.
3. Put the Eternity Tinder, Youth Spring, Eternity Crystal and Youth Herb into the Mystical Furnace in Harmondale for 5 minutes, and you will have the chance to refine an Elixir!
4. If failed, you can keep trying until you succeed. Everyone can just refine 1 Elixir per day.
5. Give the Elixir to Gibby, and you will be rewarded!

The moon stands for reunion and happiness. Gibby and his wife are blessed by the moon, so he received the formula for refining the Elixir.
Between September 17th -18th, you can help Gibby refine the Elixir for his wife as a gift. Do you want to help them achieve their eternal love?
Gibby will tell you how to collect the materials for the Elixir, and the materials will appear in Antagrich.
First, you need to get an Eternal Tinder. You can buy it from Camara in Harmondale.
During the event, you will have the chance to receive the Youth Spring, Eternity Crystal and Youth Herb by killing any monsters that are no lower than 10 levels below yours.
Put all the materials into the Mystical Furnace!
Then you need to wait for 5 minutes to have a result.
The result will be occasional. As a newbie, you will probably fail, so you'll need to provide more materials and keep trying.
If you are lucky enough, you will receive 1 Elixir soon. Remember, you can just refine 1 Elixir per day!
