Equipment Quality

In Heroes of Might and Magic Online, equipment has 5 levels of quality, and you can replenish their quality to acquire better bonus attribute points. The five quality levels are Crude, Average, Fine, Superior and Flawless (from the lowest to the highest quality level).

Replenisher Karl in Harmondale (309,497) is specialized in replenishing equipment quality. Speak with him, and he'll bring up the Equipment Quality Window for you. Put in the equipment your wish to replenish and a Dragon Scale/Dragon Soul, then click Replenish. Karl will channel their powers and replenish equipment quality for you. Dragon Scales and Dragon Souls are both sold in the Erathium Store. The Dragon Scales replenish equipment quality at a random success rate, while the Dragon Souls never fail to replenish equipment quality.
